Dr. Tuomas Tammela leads a lab at MSKCC that studies why cancer cells within the same tumor can look and behave so differently. By using cutting-edge tools like mouse models, single-cell analysis, and organoids, his team aims to uncover what drives this diversity and to find new ways to make cancer treatments more effective.
